How to submit a complaint via contact form or e-mail?
Visitors to our site can submit a complaint in two ways: via the online form or by sending a Complaint Request via e-mail.
Download the Complaint Request in PDF format, fill in the required information and attach the documentation, then send the completed Request to the e-mail address of the Complaints Resolution Sector: reklamacije@toza.rs.
