Quality Policy

The fundamental commitment and continuous aspiration of Toza Marković d.o.o. Kikinda is achieving greater economic efficiency and business effectiveness, and fully satisfying customer requirements through the range and superior quality of its products. To realize its fundamental commitment, Toza Marković d.o.o. Kikinda has set itself the following tasks:

  • Customer orientation: monitoring their requirements, expanding the product range, continuously improving quality,
    reducing the number of complaints.
  • Maximum commitment of management to the development and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system;
  • Openness to all interested parties (customers, suppliers, employees, society, and the public) in quality improvement;
  • Quality planning;
  • Setting quality objectives and monitoring their achievement (increasing Toza Marković a.d. Kikinda’s market share, developing new technologies and products, reducing costs, decreasing waste, continuous improvements);
  • Regular review of the quality management system, collecting, recording, and analyzing data significant for improvements and advancements;
  • Ensuring resource management: both infrastructure and human resources, with particular attention given to education, training, competence, and knowledge of employees, as well as ensuring humane and physical factors of the workforce.

Environmental Protection Policy

“Toza Marković” Ltd. – Kikinda, as a company that develops its production program with the selfless help of nature, has a special obligation and honor to be a leader in the field of environmental protection as well.

The policy of the limited liability company “Toza Marković” is to design, produce and distribute its products and services, handle materials and dispose of them without creating unacceptable risks to human health and safety and their environment.

To this end, the company will be committed to the following principles:

  • Create and maintain programs to ensure compliance with existing laws and inform all employees about the existence and observance of these laws;
  • Create and implement its own rules where legal regulations do not exist or where they do not provide sufficient protection;
  • Conduct its activities in a manner that will contribute to the continuous improvement of environmental protection;
  • When developing new products, take into account potential environmental impacts;
  • Conserve resources and energy, minimize the use of harmful substances and the amount of harmful waste;
  • In accordance with its capabilities, support the efforts of the local community to improve environmental protection;
  • Educate all employees and users of its services to contribute to raising awareness of environmental preservation.
