Company History

The company “Toza Marković” from Kikinda is the oldest and largest brick company in Serbia, founded back in 1866. Extensive experience, consistent and superior quality, clear vision, and development strategy have brought “Toza Marković” to the top of the brick industry in the region. Our company is synonymous with success, and its name is one of the most well-known Serbian brands. It has developed its own brand, with roofing tiles, roof tiles being the most famous product since 1900. Additionally, since 1972, it has been producing ceramic wall and floor tiles. The company’s product range is divided into two main groups:
  • fine ceramics (floor tiles, wall tiles, and decorative ceramics);
  • coarse ceramics (roof tiles, block products, and utility ceramics).
The main individual product of “Toza Marković” is the roof tile, primarily thanks to centuries of experience in crafting this essential protective part of the house. The most important aspect of our production program is the quality of the final product. Responsible for this, in addition to experience, are highly trained personnel, premium raw materials – the famous Kikinda clay, state-of-the-art technology and equipment, the use of eco-friendly materials, and care for nature. Besides quality, quantity is also necessary for survival and success in both domestic and foreign markets. The industrial complex of “Toza Marković” spans 214 hectares, and the production capacities are impressive:
  • 100 million pieces of roof tiles,
  • 2 million square meters of wall tiles,
  • 1 million square meters of floor tiles,
  • 13,500 tons of ceramic frits and glazes.
In addition to investing in the company’s development, “Toza Marković” also invests in its city, Kikinda. Numerous participations in social programs and humanitarian actions, as well as sponsorships of various sports, cultural, and scientific events, add another dimension to our company. With great experience and top quality, along with continuous development and the motto: “Let’s move forward!”, we are not worried about success in the future.
